There is Minimum expenditure by Government Departments on manpower and plying of vehicles between offices and Legislative Assembly Secretariat during the Assembly sessions, which also resulted in environment saving and carbon credit. Since launching of e-Vidhan System on 4th August 2014 by Hon’ble Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh, all documents related to the House are made available online to Hon’ble Members through touch screens installed on their tables and Mobile Apps. All papers for laying in the House during Assembly Sessions are sent/received online from government departments using secure e-Vidhan website. No manual paper is received.
