Hon’ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated ‘CG AWAAS’ Single Window System developed by NIC for approval of residential colonies, in Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly premises on 25th Nov’ 2019.
Through the ‘CG AWAAS’ Single Window System, Land Diversion Certificates, Approved Documents and Permission for Colony Development will be issued from Single Window within limited time-frame.
This single window system will make the entire process of getting approval for residential colonies simple, easily accessible and transparent.
All the documents can be submitted online through the single window, after which development permission will be issued within 100-140 days. Earlier, applicants had to run from pillar to post in concerned offices to get information about the status of their application process.
The concerned departments will also issue No Objection Certificates from this single window system. Applicants will be able to track the status of their application online and get alerts through SMS.
The work flow of Online Single Window Colonizer Approval of Residential Colonies is hosted on the generic Service Plus platform under the guidance of Shri D.C. Misra, DDG, Ms. Manie Khaneja, STD and Shri Adesh Gupta, TD and Service Plus team.
In the inauguration Hon’ble Housing Minister Md. Akbar, Shri Gaurav Dwivedi, Principal Secretary, IT, Ms. Sangeetha P, Secretary, Housing and Environment, Mr. Dilip, Kumar Debnath, SIO, Mr.P.RamaRao, Senior Technical Director and Mr. Rishi K. Rai, Scientist-B, NIC Chhattisgarh and officials of other departments were present.
