A two-day training program on Karmayogi Bharat was successfully conducted at the NIC State Unit from 9th to 12th December 2025. The training was organized in groups, with enthusiastic participation from officials across the state and districts. Upon completion, participants were awarded certificates of participation.

The entire program was conducted under the guidance and supervision of the State Informatics Officer (SIO). During the training, participants received in-depth insights into various modules of Karmayogi Bharat, digital capacity building, and administrative efficiency enhancement. The NIC team ensured all necessary arrangements for the smooth and successful execution of the event.

Training Structure and Activities

To promote peer learning, collaboration, and experiential participation, the batch was divided into five small teams. The participants actively engaged in:

2- Individual exercises

3- Reflective and interactive discussions

The sessions focused on personal effectiveness and commitment to public service.
The program also featured addresses by Mr. T. N. Singh, SIO, Chhattisgarh, and Mr. P. Rama Rao, ASIO, Scientist-F.
