In a significant move towards improving governance and project man agement, the District Collector of Karaikal, Puducherry, has launched the NIC-developed DARPAN DM Dashboard and the LicenseSoft Application. The launch event, aimed at enhancing the efficiency of government opera tions, took place on 5th August 2024.
The DARPAN DM Dashboard is designed for real-time monitoring of gov ernment projects across the district, enabling officials to track progress, as sess performance, and ensure accountability. This innovative tool provides a comprehensive overview of various initiatives, fostering transparency and facilitating informed decision-making.
In addition to the dashboard, the LicenseSoft Application has been introduced to streamline license-related services of the Karaikal Revenue Department. This application aims to simplify the process of obtaining li censes, making it more accessible and efficient for citizens. By digitizing these services, the Karaikal Revenue Department seeks to enhance the user experience and reduce bureaucratic delays.
The implementation of these digital solutions reflects the commitment of the Karaikal District Administration to leverage technology for better service delivery and governance.
