Online Training on e-Office System & Biometric Attendance

As per the directions of Collector Gariaband, Shri B.S. Uike, an online training session was organized for all departmental officers and employees on the smooth implementation of the e-Office system and Biometric Attendance.

The training was conducted by Shri Nehru Nirala, Deputy Director, NIC. During the session, participants were given detailed guidance on various modules of the e-Office platform, including document preparation, approval process, reporting & file tracking, security measures, and confidentiality.

It was emphasized that as per government directives, all office files will now be processed only through the e-Office system. This step will ensure transparency, faster disposal of files, and significant progress towards paperless offices. Similarly, daily attendance through the Biometric system has also been made mandatory for all officials and staff.
