Inauguration of Chief Minister Vivekadhin Kosh Portal at Uttarakhand

Chief Minister Vivekadhin Kosh Portal http://cmvivekadhin.uk.gov.in was inaugurated by Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat, Honorable Chief Minister of Uttarakhand  on 21st January 2020 at  Chief Minister Secretariat, Dehradun.
During the occasion Additional Secretary to Honourable Chief Minister informed about initiative and the service which he said is first of it’s kind. By using eSign for paperless office and SMS, email for transparency,  amount gets transferred directly in beneficiary’s bank account, he said. Using this system it takes only one week’s time to extend the assistance to the beneficiary.  All district magistrate have been provided user logins for entering / checking / updating the details of beneficiaries.  Sometimes during a distribution function through Minister / MLAs certificate of payment they are able to generate certificate of payment, he reported.
During the inauguration Shri Utpal Kumar, Chief Secretary, Smt. Radha Raturi, Additional Chief Secretary, Shri Om Prakash, Additional Chief Secretary, Shri Amit Singh Negi, Secretary to C.M. and Finance and other senior officer of state government and  NIC, District Magistrates were present.  
The main advantage and various features of Chief Minister Vivekadhin Kosh are it’s real time data sharing, easier job management, eSign, SMS , email facility, check on multiple payments to single beneficiary, easy compilation of reports  on  financial  year basis, error free calculation, Monitoring of work progress of various  sections, Financial  year wise easy analysis of no. of payments and budget, Dashboard for officers at different levels.
