Haryana Government has taken steps to bring total transparency in its working and has declared zero tolerance for corruption, and has harnessed Information Technology to improve the service delivery mechanism to its citizens. The state has undertaken a number of key ICT initiatives and successfully implemented various e-Governance projects, under digital Haryana initiatives, some of which has been implemented as First State of the Country/adjudged as unique projects like:
1. CM’s Window for ensuring Redressal of Public Grievances
2. E-Registration (Web enable Appointments Management System for Property Registration in FIFO Order)
3. e-Pension integrated with AEJPP (Aadhaar Enabled Jeevan Pramaan Patra System , implemented for State Govt Pensioners
4. Dynamic Integration of HARIS # HALRIS; further Integration of Textual (Jamabandi) & Spatial (Cadastral Maps) RoRs (HALRIS # Bhu-Naksha) and very recently Integrated Aadhaar & e-Authentication in HARIS & HALRIS at pilot Jind.
5. Integrated Online paperless Entrance Exam & On-Line Off-Campus Counselling Systems with an end-to-end workflow, further extended to all ITI admissions.
6. Birth Registration Linked with Aadhar enrolment at the time of Birth registration of Child
7. NFSA-2013 was launched w.e.f. 20/08/2013.
8. e-Dashboard SMS & web based management of Elections processes
9. High Court (PHC) has been ranked number One in ICT implementation
10. Harsamay, Citizen Services Portal of Police & CCTNS Implemented at Police Stations.
11. Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) for Haryana Government employees
12. Implemented CIDR (Citizen Integrated Data Repository ) / SRDB (State Residents Data Base)
The Special Interest Group of CSI (Computer Society of India) on e-Governance has recognized the e-Governance initiatives of Haryana and has awarded Award of Excellence 2014-15 under State Category on December 03, 2015 at the 50th Golden Jublee Convention of CSI at New Delhi.
