E-Office Training Held in Durg Division

A two-day training program on the E-Office system was organized by the Commissioner Office, Durg Division on 2nd and 3rd September 2025.

The E-Office initiative is being successfully implemented to make administrative processes more efficient, transparent, and time-bound. In continuation of this effort, the training session was conducted at the Conference Hall, Commissioner Office, Durg Division, to familiarize officers and staff with the workflow, utility, and technical aspects of the E-Office platform.

The sessions were conducted by District Informatics Officer Ms. Shweta Choubey and District Informatics Associate Shri Gopal Kumar Singh, who explained file management, e-noting, e-dispatch, and document tracking through live demonstrations.

This training program is expected to help officers and staff transition smoothly from manual file work to a fully digital system, enhancing overall efficiency in governance.
