e-Office Orientation cum Hands-on Training Organised

In line with the Chhattisgarh State Government’s decision to implement e-Office in all state government offices for promoting paperless, transparent, and efficient governance, the e-Office system is being implemented across various departments with the guidance of district administration and technical support from National Informatics Centre (NIC). In this sequence, a one-day e-Office orientation cum hands-on training programme was organised by NIC District Centre, Kanker (Chhattisgarh) on 07 January 2026 at Medical College, Kanker. The training programme was conducted for officers and employees of the concerned department, in which around 40 participants took part.

During the programme, the objectives and benefits of e-Office were explained in detail. Participants were provided module-wise practical training on different operations of the e-Office system. Live files related to their respective sections were made available through the e-Office platform, and the files were processed and disposed of by the concerned officials during the training itself, providing real-time exposure to the system. The complete training session was imparted by Shri Rohit Singh Aswal Deputy Director (IT), NIC, who explained the workflow, file movement, and digital processing in e-Office. Hands-on support and coordination during the training were provided by the officials of NIC District Unit, Kanker.
