Sensitization program on C-Form and S-Form module under IVFRT Project was organized on 11/09/2013 by DCP Office, Bhubaneswar at Conference Hall of DCP Office Bhubaneswar for all the hoteliers and institutions coming under the purview of DCP, Bhubaneswar.
The objective of this program was to sensitize the officials of DCP office, hoteliers and Institutes about the Mission Mode Project (MMP), Immigration Visa Foreigners Registration and Tracking System (IVFRT) and to create awareness on online submission of C-Form and S-Form module.
Representatives of around 70 hotels, guest houses and 20 different institutions participated in the programme.
The workshop was inaugurated by DCP Shri Nitinjit Singh, IPS. On addressing the representatives of various hotels and Institutions for faster implementation of the project, he praised the efforts and initiation of NIC for bringing the system in place. He insisted upon shifting from manual process to online process as early as possible.
NIC team consisting of Shri Dillip Kumar Jena, TD, NIC Bhubaneswar, Mr Vijay Gopal, NIC, Vishakhapatnam and Mrs. Sasmeeta Sabat, NIC, Bhubaneswar demonstrated details on C-Form and S-Form module and handled queries raised by different participants.
Online registration by some participants were also done on spot and Shri Nitinjit Singh,IPS , DCP, Bhubaneswar formally inaugurated the online C-Form system by giving approval to few hoteliers on the spot.
