NIC Haryana State Centre actively participated in the State level exhibition held during the oath taking ceremony of newly elected 68,000 representatives including 24,800 women, held on 25 July 2010 in Theme Park at Kurukshetra.
Exhibition was inaugurated by Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Honorable Chief Minister Haryana, and Sh. Naveen Jindal, Honorable Member Parliament from Kurukshetra Parliamentary Constituency was Guest of Honour.
NIC Haryana demonstrated various ICT initiatives and e Services at Panchayats level and for common citizen in general through presentation and touch screen kiosk. Various projects mainly for citizen centric implemented in district of Kurukshetra and upcoming projects for PRIs like PRIAsoft, Plan plus were demonstrated to the sarpanches, panches and people visiting the exhibition.
