In the 33rd Skoch summit which was held on 3rd September 2013 at Hotel Le Meridian, Janapath, New Delhi, “Patwari Halka Mordernization Program” by NIC Sheopur was awarded Skoch Order-Of-Merit for qualifying amongst India’s Best-2013.
The Skoch Smart Governance Award is a step towards recognizing the best practices and models of governance for excellent and efficient implementation of programs and service delivery.
The application was developed by NIC MP Land Records Division , Gwalior and NIC Sheopur successfully implemented the application at the field level. With the help of this application Patwari can now issue a signed copy of printout in the village itself or in a Gram Sabha or at any public place by organizing a camp or at the citizen’s door step. The program was of great help during Nishulk Khasra, B1 Ghar Ghar Vitaran Program , wherein the state government provided free Khasra to all.
