Haryana: Training Session on Best Practice of NIC for Bangladesh Civil Servants

The National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG, an Autonomous Institution of Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India) , Cosy Nook, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie   organized  a “ Seventh Mid career Training Programme in Field Administration for Bangladesh Civil Servants ” in Mussoorie, between 15 April, 2014 to 27th April,2014.  As a part of sharing India’s best practices in the field administration, on the request of NCGG, a training session on “Dynamic Integration of Property Registration, Records of Rights and Cadastral Maps - Haryana” was taken by SIO NIC-Haryana on 25th April, 2014 at NCGG, LBSNNA, Mussoorie.
The talk covered a brief overview of Haryana ad various Waves of e-Governance in Property Registration and Land Records Administration.
WAVE – I: Computerization of Property Registration & Land Records (1998-2003).
WAVE – II: Integration of Property Registration & Land Records (2003-2008).
WAVE-III: Integration of Property Registration, Land Records and Cadastral Maps (2008-2014).
WAVE-IV: Future Road Map - Cloud HARIS # HALRIS (2014 onward) .
The talk was very well received and the participants shown keen interest in replication of NIC's best practices in Land & Property Administration in their country.  
As a token of appreciation, the representative of Bangla Desh Civil Servants team presented a memento to SIO Haryana. Dr. A.P.Singh, Programme Coordinator, NCGG, LBSNNA, Mussoorie also presented a memento.
