A district level training programme on ERO-Net for all the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) / AEROs of Nuapada district was held in the Collectorate Conference hall, Nuapada on 15th September 2017. The Sub-Collector, Block Development Officers, Tahasildars and their Technical staffs attended the training programme.
The programme was inaugurated by Additional District Magistrate, Nuapada Sri Trilochan Minz, OAS.
Initiating the programme Sub-Collector Nuapada Sri Sarat Chandra Srichandan, OAS explained the objectives of ERO-Net project and its advantages over the earlier ERMS project.
DIO, NIC, Nuapada Sri Simanchal Sethi gave a detail online demonstration of the ERO-Net s/w. Sample applicant details were entered; reference numbers generated, delivery of SMS to the applicant from ECI was demonstrated. It was explained how to generate BLO reports, exporting reports to Excel, access Dashboard to view different reports and Charts. User Management module for creation of new users, BLOs, edit or delete of existing users was demonstrated. Role of all four users i.e. Operator, Supervisor, AERO and ERO was briefed.
District administration highly appreciated the role of NIC, Nuapada for successfully conducting the training programme.
