A Workshop on C-FORM module under IVFRT-MMP for hoteliers was organized by Hotel & Restaurant Association (Western India) at Pritam Hotel, Dadar, Mumbai on 06-Aug-2013 in coordination with FRRO, Mumbai and NIC Mumbai.
Sh. Chetan Mehta, Member, Hotel & Restaurant Association (Western India) has introduced the Guest with welcome note and explained the role of hoteliers in C-FORM. Around 24 hotels of Mumbai had participated in this workshop.
Sh. P. Warang, Sr.P.I., FRRO, Mumbai has explained the necessity and importance of the C-Form. He explained the advantages of online submission of C-Form.
Under the guidance of Sh. Moiz Hussain Ali, SIO, NIC, MSU, Mumbai, Sh. Sanjay Mattey, PSA, NIC-IVFRT, State Coordinator, Maharashtra State has demonstrated the web-based C-Form Module along with various salient features, explained the procedure for obtaining the necessary user-id & password by hotelier and explained their contribution in IVFRT-MMP & its usages. Sh. Ranjan Kumar, Scientific Officer, NIC-IVFRT-FRRO, Mumbai has demonstrated the functionality of online submission of C-Form, user management & various Reports generated by the C-Form module along with the technical requirements.
At the end of the session, various queries and doubts of Hoteliers were addressed by Sh. P. Warang, Sh. Vaishali Joglekar, FRRO Mumbai and Sh. Sanjay Mattey, Sh. Ranjan Kumar, NIC-IVFRT, Mumbai.
Workshop was concluded with vote of thanks by Sh. Gurubaxish Singh Kohli, Honorary Secretary, Hotel & Restaurant Association (Western India), with special thanks to Sh. Savio S. Fernandes of Hotel & Restaurant Association (Western India) for successful organization of such event.
