OJAS (Online Job Application System) - A complete solution for speedy and transparent recruitment process of Government

Since inception in 2009, more than 100 departments have been using OJAS platform for their recruitments of various class I, II & III posts. Over 2000 exams have already been conducted usingthe portal. In 2014, the system was made compulsory by the Government of Gujarat for any type of recruitment. The System was also replicated in High Court of Gujarat and Daman & Diu administration.

ICT Interventions using AePDS and PDS Labharthi Application in Bihar

 
Nation-wide lockdown extending over 50 days saw poor families suffering most as they depend on daily livelihood. All these eligible families needed to be supported by timely supply of ration and financial contribution announced by the state govt.

Launch of Parimarjan Portal in Bihar for Correction in the Digitized Jamabandi Register

 
Under the ambit of implementation of Digital Land-Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP), Digitization of Jamabandi data is the first step for extending ICT based services to citizen of the state from the arena of revenue, and it is important to regularly improve the quality of consolidated Jamabandi data and services based on it.   ‘Parimarjan’ is a G2C initiative launched by the department for extending online services to its citizen for accepting citizen’s online request for permissible correction in Jamabandi data content as per legal procedure.

Hon'ble President launches web portal of National Youth Parliament Scheme

Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Hon'ble President of India launched the National Youth Parliament Scheme (NYPS)  web portal at the Central hall of the Parliament of India on the Constitution Day celebration on 26th  November 2019, in the august presence of Shri M Venkaiah Naidu, Hon'ble Vice President of India, Shri Narendra Modi, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Om Birla, Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha and Shri Pralhad Joshi, Hon’ble Minister of Parliamentary Affairs.

Cadastral Maps (Mussavies) Digitization & Integration of Bhu-Naksha & HALRIS

One Cadastral Maps digitization Lab & Integrated Bhu-Naksha & HALRIS software solutions has been set up for 40 on-line villages of Ambala Tehsil at Mini Secretariat Ambala.
On 20th January, 2011, FCR Sh. Naresh Gulati has reviewed and inspected the lab. The complete demonstration of HARIS-HALRIS-Bhu Naksha linkage was given to all officers. After the demonstration, FCR has asked Commissioner Ambala Division Sh. Anil Kumar, DC Ambala Sh. Sameer Pal Srow & SIO NIC Haryana Sh. G.S.Bansal to start the implementation on pilot basis.

National Workshop on National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP)-MIS

A 2-days National Workshop on NLRMP-MIS and emerging technologies was held at NIC (Hqrs), New Delhi on 23-24th June 2011. The workshop was attended by 95 officers including Commissioners/Director Land Records and Revenue and Inspector General of Registration (IGRs) of the States & NIC Coordinators for Land Records and Property Registration. The workshop was inaugurated by Honorable Director General, NIC who stressed the need of standardization of processes and technologies.
